Having major damage is never a great way to spend your day, but I will recommend SERVPRO of Montgomery County time and time again to anyone who needs mitigation and repair. Bobby and RJ made us feel like our emergency was their emergency too, but also calmed my nerves about how this could impact the health of our medically fragile family. They have treated us with patience and just enough humor to keep us from going crazy— a combo that I never knew we always needed during something like this. They have done an exceptional job at ensuring our family is comfortable and protected during the water mitigation. My husband and I are completely confident in their work so far (even my very particular, very knowledgeable father-in-law is a fan!). I look forward to having the contractors come in soon to get everything back to normal!

A couple of weeks ago our home was hit by a tree in a windstorm at 5pm. SERVPRO of Montgomery County was out that night until 3am boarding up our house to make sure it was secure and any further damage was avoided. Their mitigation services have been UNBELIEVABLE. Everyone on their team has been so over-the-top than any other company providing this type of customer service. From the initial service, applying tarps to the house in the days following, to checking in on our family, the team here has shown they are prepared, well-equipped, and most importantly they genuinely care for their customers. Bobby, RJ, Jose, Bryan, and David have been a lifesaver for us! I'm sure I'm missing a couple of others (including the office staff), but they ALL deserve a raise. We will ALWAYS be a promoter of this business and will always trust them with any needs we have.

During the insane time of trying to initiate getting our home cleaned from an intense mess that occurred the SERVPRO team that handled the cleaning/mitigation and demolition portion (Austin and Lorenzo) did an amazing job keeping us informed. Communication was very good and Austin and Lorenzo were very respectful. Customer service was amazing. If we had questions they were never hesitant on answering or getting the answer for us quickly. 

Dan and his crew were outstanding. Always on time, professional, and very nice. I would recommend SERVPRO of Montgomery County to anyone and would use them again if I needed to.

I had storm damage to my roof that caused water to leak into my sunroom. I called my insurance company and they sent out SERVPRO of Montgomery County. They had a guy here within hours to assess the situation. He had a drying team here within a few hours with equipment to start the drying process and tarped the roof to prevent any further issues. Bobby, RJ, Cesar & Joe are a great team!!! They explained the situation in great detail I am extremely happy with the service so far!!

AMAZING COMPANY!! I had mister RJ Robnett come out because a tornado came through and tore up the area and within no time RJ and Lorenzo came out and were helping me during this. Mister Rj was taking more emergency calls every minute but every time I ask him a question, and Lord knows I had a million, he d answer with a smile and help in any way he can. Great group of people.
