SERVPRO of Montgomery County was amazing !!!! Our house caught fire and they were out the same day we called them. Specifically, RJ, Kyle, and Zach were extremely informative and went out of their way to find personal sentimental items and rescue them. Kyle and Zach found cash in the fire that they immediately gave it to us. RJ I believe was the project manager and was more informative about the process of what happens after a fire than our insurance. I will definitely use them again in the unfortunate event our house catches fire again and will tell all my friends and family to use them. The customer service amongst the entire crew was refreshing!!! Thanks again for everything!!!

Bobby Bushnell and his crew really came through after the disastrous fire in Colorado on New Year's Eve. They came to Colorado, fast-tracked our remediation, and got it all done weeks before expected. Dealt with insurance, and excellent communications throughout. (I work and live overseas and couldn't have dealt with this without their coordinated efforts.)

Joe and Cooper have done a good job helping us with damage abatement after a small housefire. Looking forward to keeping them on the project. I know they will do great work all the way through.

We had SERVPRO of Montgomery County come to our house following the wildfires in the area. The team consisted of Bobby, Lorenzo, Jon, Manny, and several others. Bobby was our main POC and did an excellent job of communicating with us throughout the process. He detailed everything the crew was going to do and have them to our house the very next day. I feel we lucked out when SERVPRO sent Bobby and the team from Montgomery County our way. Our house now looks better than ever and are very thankful for the team’s hard work. Would highly recommend this group to anyone in need of a thorough cleaning/restoration of their home!

Bobby Bushnell and his crew (Lorenzo, Jon Manny, Danni, Erika, Maria, Jesus, Jose, Priscilla, Jose--sorry if I left anyone out) did the mitigation and cleaning of my house in Louisville, Colorado after a devastating fire in Boulder County. Bobby was helpful, knowledgeable, kind, and professional. He went out of his way to explain things to me and suggest things I hadn't thought of. The crew cleaned my house from ceiling to floor. They completed the job in several days, and I was able to move back into my home a lot sooner than some of my neighbors. I can't say enough positive things about Bobby and his crew. They really took care of everything.

We had a horrible fire that we felt overwhelmed with, and then we called SERVPRO of Montgomery County! These men and women have absolutely proven to us that we were in the best hands! Keith was our first contact that was made and he was the one to get the rest of the crew involved. Bobby has been fantastic answering every question and meeting every need. We feel very secure with Bobby leading the way for us. He's extremely knowledgeable. Miguel has been outstanding assuring us that the possessions they were removed from our home would be handled with the greatest of care. Every question we had or concern was immediately taken care of and we are so thankful for him being our guide through this process! Robert, the lead contractor on our home, from the first meeting with him, left us feeling very confident we were in the best of hands! Our home hasn't been totally completed yet, but we are confident that we made the best choice by putting SERVPRO of Montgomery County in charge.
