Christmas on the Cumberland

The City’s "Christmas on the Cumberland" event Presented by Blue Cord Realty is sure to create lasting memories this holiday season as thousands experience the captivating displays of over one million lights at McGregor Park. Admission is free.

Downtown Clarksville Christmas Parade

The annual Christmas Parade, jointly sponsored by the City of Clarksville and Montgomery County, is held on the first Saturday in December at 5 pm. Businesses, civic organizations, government agencies, and churches are invited to be a part of this tradition by preparing a float or driving a fun vehicle all decked out in holiday cheer! Spectators can enjoy the parade for free anywhere along the route which begins at Austin Peay and goes through Historic Downtown Clarksville. For safety purposes, spectators are asked to please stay off the roadway during the parade.

This will be their 5th event here in Clarksville!
This holiday season we are celebrating Christmas like no other, with Santa, a cookie hunt for the kids and over 80+ local vendors! The whole family is invited!

RED RIVER BREEZE: A Celtic Christmas Returns!

Enjoy traditional holiday tunes and carols performed by Clarksville's own acoustic Celtic band, featuring Stephanie Taylor on hammered dulcimer, concertina and recorders; Melanie Beck on fiddle; Michaela Allemand on Irish flute and whistle; Toby Sooter on cello and vocals; David Magers on guitar, hammered dulcimer and vocals; Nate Wojciechowski on djembe and hammered dulcimer; and Grace Cantrell on bodhran, bowed psaltery and guitar. Red River Breeze and special guests will play old favorites as well as new arrangements of ancient carols. Expect some special surprises as well!

Downtown Commons Winter Ice Rink

Open Skate happens every day, Pond Hockey Monday - Wednesdays. Prices range from $12-$15. The ice is available by sessions. Check out their Facebook page for updates and hours.
