What Can You Expect When You Call Us?

One of our employees in the office will first take your call. We'll take your name, number, and address down and then ask detailed questions, so we know exactly what your situation looks like. As soon as we hang up the phone with you, we will dispatch a team to your home and business so they can be on-site as quickly as possible. Next, we'll assign an admin within the office to take care of your job. They'll provide you updates and work with your insurance provider.

Once we get to your home, we will extract any standing water using either a handheld extractor or an extractor that we can ride on. We will then place fans and dehumidifiers to help with the drying process. In the next few days, we will continue to monitor the drying process, and we will drill holes and pull baseboards if necessary.
