Bathroom Water Damage

SERVPRO of Montgomery County responded to a call about a broken water line in a basement sink that flowed into the living room. The before photo shows water marks coming from the bathroom. Crews were able to assess the situation quickly much to the customer's delight. Because the water came from a clean water source, SERVPRO clarifies this as Category 1, we were able to pull and dry the carpet in place as well as the structure below. The after photo shows the end of the mitigation process before construction came in to staple the carpet down.
