Springfield Airport Mold
This mold job at the Springfield Airport was the result of leaked windows after a storm. When crews arrived they noticed one half of the building's outer walls were wet and visible mold was showing. The before photo is of the kitchen where water was flowing down from the window above. At the customer's request to save the walls, SERVPRO of Montgomery County removed the baseboards surrounding the walls and cut holes into the drywall to allow circulation. The after photo shows our crew chief applying antimicrobial to kill and stop the growth of mold. Our customer was very pleased that Bobby and his crew were able to save the walls without the need for construction "Like it never even happened."
